Food and Drink

 

During the cocktail hour, the bar will be located on Floor 1 near the lobby. There will also be passed drinks and appetizers on Floor 1. Buffet dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. Please refer to the event schedule for more information.

 

Complimentary Valet Parking


Complimentary valet parking will be available at 15th Ave NE and NE 43rd St. entrance of the Burke Museum on Saturday, April 11, from 4:45 p.m. through event completion. Street parking is available on surrounding streets and in a public parking garage at 1414 NE 42nd St. Please approach the museum on the west side of 15th Ave NE. After you drop off your car, please enter the Burke Museum at the south entrance off 15th Ave NE. Valet parking during the event is FREE. The N1 parking lot adjacent to the Burke will be open to the public, however, if you park in the N1 lot you will be required to pay for parking in this lot. 


Registration and Check Out


Please check-in at the registration table in the Lower Lobby to pick up your name tag and bid number— no physical ticket is necessary. There is also a complimentary coat check in the Lower Lobby.

There is no need to check-out at the end of the night.  If you won an auction item or experience, Burke Museum staff will contact you after the event to arrange your experience or deliver your item. Receipts will be sent to purchasers after the event. 


Evening Timeline


Enjoy special activities on all three floors of the museum. The event begins at 5 p.m. with a cocktail hour, Artist Studio experience, and Tiny Talk presentations by Burke staff. The buffet dinner begins at 6:30 p.m. in the Cascade Room, followed by the live auction and raise the paddle.
