Directions & Parking

The event venue is Magnuson Hangar 30, 6310 NE 74th St, Seattle. 

Free, self-serve parking is available in the areas adjacent to the venue. Accessible parking is available directly in front of the venue. The drop-off area for ride shares is also directly in front of the venue. 

Registration & Check Out

Please check in at the registration table inside the front entrance to pick up your name tag — no physical ticket is necessary. 
 
There is no need to check out at the end of the night. If you won an auction item or experience, Burke staff will contact you after the event to arrange your experience or deliver your item. Receipts will be sent to purchasers after the event. 

Food & Drink

Bar and appetizers will be located in Hangar 30 during cocktail hour. Please do not bring food and drink to the collections storage space. Please refer to the event schedule for more information.

Accessibility

If you have not already, please contact us at burkedev@uw.edu or 206.543.0421 with any accessibility requests or special accommodations as early as possible. The Burke storage facility is across the street from Hangar 30 and the route may require navigating short areas of grassy terrain and stairs.
