Parking

The Burke Museum N1 parking lot will be closed for the duration of the event. Complimentary valet parking will be available at the 15th Ave NE entrance of the Burke Museum on Friday, May 3 from 4:45 PM through event completion. Street parking is available on surrounding streets and in a public parking garage at 1414 NE 42nd St. After you drop off your car, please enter the Burke Museum at the south entrance off 15th Ave NE.

Note: There may be traffic congestion around Husky Stadium on the night of the event. Keep this in mind as you travel to the Burke and allow additional travel time. 


Registration & Check-out

Please check-in at the registration table in the Grand Atrium to pick up your name tag – no physical ticket is necessary. Before heading upstairs, be sure to use the complimentary coat check. 

There is no need to check-out at the end of the night. If you won an auction item or experience, Burke staff will contact you after the event to arrange your experience or deliver your item. Receipts will be sent to purchasers after the event.  

 

 

Food & Drink

During cocktail hour, bars will be located in the Cascade Room on Floor 1 and in the Special Exhibit Gallery on Floor 2. Dinner and program will take place in the tent in the Burke Museum parking lot. Please refer to the event schedule for more information.
